About me

Hi, I’m Linh — born on Christmas, in Quang Ninh, Vietnam.

I grew up building cardboard houses for stray cats and helping Santa host imaginary classes for Teddy and Barbie.

Now, I want to be a Product Manager who bridges the distance between people and what they deserve access to.

As a dreamer and leader, I build products and communities that connect us, humans, through data, technology, and stories — from a youth entrepreneurship club to AI-powered tools for urban planners, strategists, and educators.

Currently CS and Business double major at Minerva University, where I’ll rotate through 4 continents and continue my building journey — and eventually, maybe, go back to host that Santa class for kids in the mountains.

• Led end-to-end development of 6 voice-controlled educational games, from ideation and curriculum design to Firebase telemetry planning and playable prototypes; return rate increased by 54%.
• Designed Pika Talk's hyper-personalization system by managing Langfuse prompts across 90+ activity templates and LLM mapping logic to personalized favourable seed topics, improving topic relevance and content diversity.
• Analyzed data from 10,000+ conversation logs to identify user drop-off patterns, learning gaps, and sensitive interactions; informed prompt redesigns with 63% fewer unsafe responses and a 3.53-minute increase in average session length.

Data & Product Intern

Minerva University Admissions, San Francisco, CA · 2025 – 2026

• Analyzed 60,000+ QA assessments and admissions challenge responses in Python using Mann-Whitney U, chi-square, and ANOVA tests to identify failure patterns and inform product and workflow decisions.
• Produced decision-ready reports and visualizations that supported development of a new AI-assessed challenge and 10+ recommendations across assessment format, UX/UI, and performance metrics.
• Built a weighted prioritization model and a grader performance dashboard that recovered 58% of valid resets at predicted 49% of manual-review cost, translating analysis into QA criteria, reviewer training, and operational requirements.
