Teacher distribution across Vietnam's 51 mountainous provinces is manual, inequitable, and opaque. Working with backend developers, we translated this government planning failure into a Min-Cost Max-Flow optimization problem with equity-weighted fairness constraints — and delivered a functional website for this optimization engine.
- Led problem and gap analysis, scoped to itinerant teacher pool (5–15% of provincial workforce)
- Prioritized and designed 3 use cases for district education officers: annual allocation, mid-year emergency reallocation, equity audit/reporting
- Architected CSV data schemas; generated synthetic datasets for Ha Giang and Lai Chau via Python

Urban Planner Dashboard
Existing climate tools were built for scientists, not decision-makers. XanhInsights translates NASA satellite data into an actionable dashboard for urban planners making green infrastructure investments.
- Defined problem, product strategy, feature system and led team of 5 to develop a functional system and prototype

A San Francisco nonprofit serving neurodivergent teen artists was losing families before they arrived. I led the research to find out why — and built a product to fix the gap.

Career Orientation and Youth Entrepreneurship Club of Quang Ninh Province
I was long wondering why my province's youth was so talented, and yet there is no community where we can discover all our abilities and career path with local resources. I decided to do something about it. I cold reached out to businesses and local government officials, then asking potential peers for collab as core team, building long-term strategy, identity positioning, training curriculum. And to our delight, the club was the first student-led one to be recognized by the Youth Federation of Viet Nam in my province.

- Earned official recognition from Vietnam Youth Federation as the first and only student entrepreneurship club in the province
