About me
Hi, I’m Linh — born on Christmas, in Quang Ninh, Vietnam.
I grew up building cardboard houses for stray cats and helping Santa host imaginary classes for Teddy and Barbie.
Now, I want to be a Product Manager who bridges the distance between people and what they deserve access to.
As a dreamer and leader, I build products and communities that connect us, humans, through data, technology, and stories — from a youth entrepreneurship club to AI-powered tools for urban planners, strategists, and educators.
Currently CS and Business double major at Minerva University, where I’ll rotate through 4 continents and continue my building journey — and eventually, maybe, go back to host that Santa class for kids in the mountains.

• Own user engagement and retention strategy for Pika, an AI companion robot serving tens of thousands of Vietnamese children (K-12), from conversation design through measurement.
• Analyzed 1,500+ raw conversation sessions to surface drop-off patterns across opening archetypes and child intent distributions; translated findings into concrete flow and prompt redesigns.

Creativity Explored, San Francisco · Sep 2025 – Present
• Directed a 5-person discovery sprint; mapped multi-stakeholder journeys (families, educators, students) to diagnose awareness-to-enrollment friction in disability-affirming youth programs.
• Built a hybrid referral product, defining activation flow and adoption metrics across 20+ special schools in SF.
Admissions Product & Data Analyst Intern
Minerva University · Aug 2025 – Present
• Evaluated applicants from 190+ countries across multi-disciplinary challenges; maintain integrity checks and rubric alignment on thousands of assessment cases.
• Audited 800+ QA assessments using Mann-Whitney U and Chi-squared tests; built a volume-weighted priority matrix capturing 58% of valid resets at 49% of manual review effort.
• Analyzed 2,000+ Writing Challenge entries with Chi-Square and ANOVA; identified Material Conflict as the top failure predictor and built an ML framework to pre-test prompts for systemic bias.

The Beezniz, Youth Career Orientation and Entrepreneurship Club · 2023 – 2025
• Founded Quang Ninh’s first officially recognized youth entrepreneurship club, scaling to 50+ active members/year. Secured institutional partnership with Vietnam Youth Federation and City Investment Club.
• Grew a content-driven acquisition channel to 5,000+ followers, establishing the province’s first youth startup media platform and driving attendance across 30+ internal & regional programs.
